Who We Are
Warner Mechanical began in September 1991 when Jim Rampy and Randy Warner founded Rampy-Warner Plumbing in Peoria. The company relocated to East Peoria in 1996 and was renamed Warner Plumbing in 2004. In 2013, the business expanded into HVAC and process piping and relocated to a larger facility at 9900 West Primrose Lane in Edwards to support growth. In 2017, Randy retired, and Shane Warner and Jeff Frieden became owners of Warner Mechanical LLC. Today, Jeff serves as President and Shane as Vice President.
